How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log In: Sign in to your account.
2. View Subscriptions: Find your subscription under the "Subscriptions" tab.
3. Cancel Subscription: Tap the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the subscription card.

After you cancel you will not incur any additional charges. You will still receive any shipments that you've already paid for.

Please keep in mind that gift subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be canceled.

How to Update Your Shipping Address

To update your shipping address, please follow these steps:

1. Log In: Sign in to your account.
2. Access Subscriptions: Click on the "Subscriptions" tab.

5. Order Changes: If your subscription has a processing order linked to it, you'll have the option to update that as well. Otherwise, any address changes will apply to your next month's box.

5. Save Changes: To save the new card details, click on "Add Payment Method."

Damaged Order or Products

Oh no, we're sorry your order was damaged! Could you please take a photo of the damaged box or products? Our shipping carrier requests this information.

Once you submit this form, our support team will reach out to confirm where the replacement should be sent and ask for the photo.

How to Track Your Order If You Haven't Received a Tracking Link

If you haven't received a tracking link via email, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please follow these steps to track your order:

3. Select Your Order: Locate the relevant order.
